Privacy Policy

The “Dr E. Paul Mbuagbor” mobile app is a read-only content app. It has no sign-in and no forms, and it does not collect any personal data. It simply displays information (biography, books, ministry and events) and can open external links such as our website and phone numbers in your device’s own apps.

When you create an account or use interactive features on the website, we collect:

• Account data — your name, email address, country, city and language preference.
• Content you submit — such as prayer requests, applications and community posts.
• Usage data — basic technical and activity data needed to run the service securely.

Giving, partnership and store payments, where enabled, are processed by third-party payment providers. We never store full card numbers.

To operate your account and the platform, communicate with you, provide pastoral and community features, process giving and orders, keep the service secure, and improve what we offer. We do not sell your personal data.

Account and content data are stored on Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore and Storage) and secured in transit and at rest. We share the minimum data necessary with the service providers that run this infrastructure and with payment providers to complete payments you request, and with authorities only where the law requires it.

Prayer requests can be public, private or anonymous. Private requests are visible only to you, authorised prayer and pastoral administrators; anonymous requests hide your identity from other users. We do not share prayer content outside pastoral care without your consent.

We keep your account and content data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, and we keep financial and audit records for as long as the law requires. When a retention period ends, we delete or anonymise the data.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. To delete your website account and personal data, use the account settings on the website, or email us at the address below. Some records may be retained where we are legally required to keep them.

The platform is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the website.
